Palm Beach County's Housing Market

Palm Beach County Stats

As of October, Palm Beach County had 4,224 active listings, showing a 1.4% decrease compared to the previous year. In November, 914 single-family homes were sold, slightly lower than the 920 sold during the same period last year, marking a decrease of 0.7%. The median sale price has risen to $600,000, representing a 6.2% increase from $565,000 in 2022. Moreover, the current inventory stands at 4,568 homes for sale, up from 4,322 in 2022.

In December 2023, the Palm Beach Gardens real estate market experienced a slight cooldown. Home prices saw a modest increase, while the number of homes sold decreased, indicating a decrease in buyer activity and longer selling periods. Inventory levels have also risen since the previous month.

Presently, the market favors buyers, with increased inventory and high prices. This scenario offers potential for negotiation and reduced competition among buyers.
